setting up a cronjob really depends on the used control panel. Please google on

'create cronjob' or 'create cronjob <YOUR CONTROL PANEL>


to find a http based cron servive google on

'cron service'

or

'free cron service'

with the http based services you use the feedcron url you found earlier

I use the Latest Plesk Panel and I did it using this command c u r l -silent -o /dev/null https://YOURSITE/administrator/components/com_datafeeds/cron/feedcron.php.
