It is not problem with encoding. I have this problem before (for XML from tradedoubler and another) and i add $encoding='UTF-8'; in feeds.php . That is helps for another Affiliante but not for Zanox.
I am affraid that new XML structure from Zanox are not working with current parser.

The newer version, at least those based on the M4N framewerk do work with the M4N parser.

Hi,
this is not a normal productfeed.
Thi would require a custom parser or use the CSV verion

Zanox has (at least) two different formats for XML feeds the old zanox format and the newer from the M4N network
( maybe there are more or newer need to check)
using the CSV feed should 'always' work and is even far more efficient
